Welcome to Our Retreat Center
We are so much more then just a retreat-centre. Casa Rico Retreats is our home, where we live our unique and authentic way of life. With the years, our retreats became an extension of our individual and family-life. The things that we have learn to love and are passionated about we have translated into our retreat-programs. This makes the experience with us authentic, real and deep.
Casa Rico is located in Finestrat, a mountain village in the province of Valencia. We are surrounded by mountains, and our place is fully off-grid. The guest-spaces are ecological and rustic, we have animals and love to be active with permaculture and self-sufficient projects! Beside the retreat program and sessions we provide, we love to share bits of our magical world with you as well!
Who we are: Raymond & Femke
After starting a relationship years ago, we soon found out that we had a common purpose what was around guiding people on their (spiritual) path.
In the Netherlands this was translated in online coaching, online-programs and being active on social media. But after we went to Spain for a healing-retreat ourselves, we awakened for new and deeper parts of our true life path.
We went on a quest and soon we learned that we belong on this place on earth, in the nature and with land so we can welcome people and share our love in an authentic way with the world.
We are both loving to provide a journey for our clients that's deep, transformative and full of joy. And both we are doing that on our own way. It works already for 6 years now!
Femke will be more present with here feminine energy, softness, heart-felt breathwork sessions, opening our home and being supportive with delicious food.
Raymond will be more present with his masculine energy, providing most of the program & structure, giving lead to the journey and share the adventures with you on our land.
We both have our license as breathwork teacher, and use different breathwork methods in our work. We also work with other healing modalities to guide people towards the right places.
But mainly it's our intention for you to feel home and safe with us, so you can go within on a journey as never before.

We provide for you the accommodation. We have at Casa Rico at our disposal an ecological yurt, wooden cabin and rustic finca. Within the hiking retreats the ecologic and rustic accommodations are carefully chosen by Raymond.
Meals & Snacks
From the moment you walk in, till the moment you go we have your belly fed. We arrange multiple (healthy and local) snack and meals for you to prepare in the community kitchen. In the evening we provide an delicious community meal for you. On the Hiking retreats everything on the road is covered as well.

We recommend bringing comfortable hiking gear (specially for the hiking retreats), good walking shoes, swim-gear, clothing tailored to the seasons and personal toiletries. We provide all meals, snacks, and accommodations, so you only need to bring your essentials. For breathwork sessions, it’s helpful to have loose, comfortable clothing.
All of our retreats are all-inclusive. The price covers your accommodation, meals, snacks, drinks, coaching/guidance, all sessions (breathwork, ceremonies, healing practices), and hiking activities. From the moment you arrive until the moment you leave, everything is taken care of.
Absolutely! Our retreats are open to both beginners and those with more experience. In matter a fact, most of our clients are first retreat timers!
Each session and activity can be adjusted to your level of comfort and experience, so that you have a meaningful and transformative experience regardless of your 'level'.
You can book a retreat directly through our website. A 15% deposit is required to book your spot. Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal. Once your booking is confirmed, we will provide all the necessary details for your retreat and final payment.
Casa Rico Retreats is located in Finestrat, a mountain village in the Costa Blanca area in Spain. The nearest airport is Alicante Airport, what's a 40 minute drive from our place. You can get here with a official taxi (75,-/80,-), an arranged taxi by us (55,-) or public transport can bring you close to the town where you have to take a taxi for the final 15 minutes.
First of all, it depends of your unique situation and intention what and how intense we are going to use exactly.
But we are experienced with, licenced in, and use the transformational breathwork, rebirthing, Shamanic breathwork and trauma breathwork.
Beside the ones we name above (what's for the longer sessions) we will also provide you with smaller practices like the Wim Hof Breath, Breath of Fire or other 5 til 10 minute rituals that you can use on daily basis.
